Terms & Conditions

There will be two sign-up sheets...one for the shoppe and one for the house. There will probably be a lot of people coming for the fabric. For the shoppe, there is room enough for only five people at a time to come inside. Patience with the space limitations is what will help make this sale a happy experience.

The house can accommodate 15 people at a time.

Sign-up sheet will be available one hour before sale opening. Sign-up sheet is available at 8:00 a.m. Thursday and Friday. Sign up sheet is available at 9:00 a.m. Saturday.

All items sold as-is. No returns or refunds.
Cash or credit cards accepted. No checks.
No pets permitted. Large bags and purses will not be allowed.

This sale includes the contents of a home and  quilt shoppe, which are located on the same property. Though two separate buildings, there is one spirit here...the love of the country life, appreciation for things handmade, and the passion for quilt making.

You will discover that the shoppe is brimming with everything for the quilter. Fabric is priced at $4 per yard both Thursday and Friday. Notions and other supplies are very attractively priced. If there is fabric, notions, and supplies remaining on Saturday, they will be discounted then.
