*NO EARLY SALES – this is a two day sale. Friday 9 to 4 and Saturday 9 to 4
We will have a sign up sheet available when we arrive which will be around 8:00 a.m. on Friday
*No refunds, all items sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
*If you buy it YOU load it into your vehicle. If we are not too busy we may be able to help you get your furniture purchase outside or to your vehicle. Thanks!
We will not be giving out any prices before the sale. Customers get first choices, Family Heirloom employees never pre-buy before a sale.

This sale is from the estate of Neil and Rose Hoag and Beverly Morgan.
There are household items and holiday and glassware from the Hoag sale and tons of craft supplies from the Morgan sale. As this sale is currently packed up and needs to be moved to the hall pictures are minimal. Please check back for more information and photos as we set up.
