Terms

Cash, Credit Card.
Buyer must have help loading large items. We suggest bringing your preferred method of wrapping material and totes.

The sale will be held in an oversized garage and one room of the house. It will be tight quarters with very fragile items....we will likely allow 10 people in initially.

Street numbers will be honored so long as there are no issues.

No bags....no totes....no oversized purses. This is for security reasons as well as item protection. We will have a holding area outside the garage.

Please....no calls on prices. We price until the very end and cannot/will not answer these requests.

CT's Treasure Haven is pleased to bring to you the estate of a 40 year Antique Dealer. Our client's parents purchased items in many categories with an emphasis on glassware. Items will be priced fairly for both dealers and collectors. 90%+ of this sale has items $20 and under. It is a fantastic "pick me up" sale. The family is motivated to sell.

Everything, of course, is sold AS/IS. We have tried to catch as much chipped or damaged items as possible and there will be some damage that either slipped by us or was allowed depending on the piece. The volume in this sale was extensive and we have been working on it for well over a month. Almost all the glass and pottery was washed or cleaned (We stress ALMOST) We suggest careful inspection.

Our client's parents were in local antique malls for years. They mainly purchased from local thrift shops. This sale is like a greatest hits of items found at thrift shops. Some items were in the malls, but, I estimate that 70% or more of the items in this sale was inventory kept at the home.

Photos may show a few items that are no longer here as damage was found after the photos were taken. We are still setting up and will be until the moment of the sale. We will have some new material that will make it's way out over the course of the sale, so, we are not advertising a set discount.

Keep an eye out. We have been busy this summer with clean outs, but, have 3 sales lined up. This one, and two estate sales in West Bloomfield and Livonia. We also are working on a November auction full of toy cars and antiques/Collectibles.
