Terms: Cash, Check or Credit Card. Items sold as-is, where is...you get to move it and with the safes, sewing machine, pool table and more you must remove them from the basement. Bring a friend to haul the loot & load the car while you shop...I'm there to sell. We open at 9am on Thursday, no numbers given out by us, but street numbers are fine if you want to line up. I will open the door at 9 (by my watch) and you can all come in. Items must be removed before 4 PM on Saturday. You get to load it, my back went on sabbatical last year and hasn't returned.

Need a safe? This estate has 4 (yep, four) safes from small to large (you get to move 'em). Sound stuff includes 2 pair vintage speakers & stereo equipment. A cool vintage lighted wall art piece is over the Magnavox Hi-Fi & Television console. A gold tone curio cabinet houses 3 Royal Doultons and other collectibles. The foyer is sporting a tall case clock. Vintage furniture, lamps complete the living room. The dining room sports a massive brass eagle sculpture, china cabinet, table & chairs set & a beautiful sideboard. The family room houses a portion of the Jim Beam bottle collection. The dinette has a high-top table & 5 chairs, there are 3 sets of china and loads of kitchen misc. The master bedroom has a 5 piece king size bedroom set, lots of larger size ladies clothes (family says size 12 to size 20) lots of purses and shoes too. Next is a queen size bed with onyx in the headboard and 3 pieces of 50's bedroom furniture. There's also a queen size hide-a-bed sofa and some mahogany furniture pieces. Need a wheel chair or walker? We have some nice ones with light wear.
The house is loaded with hats and millinery supplies including fur, feather & leather pieces, hat form blocks and lots and lots of ladies hats. The sewing material includes a commercial Rex sewing machine (the type used in alterations departments) and 2 overlock machines and lots of sewing notions too.
A pool table, some tools, more clothes, cool vintage lamps and cabinets, a large fish tank, dozens of additional Jim Beam bottles, lots of Kentucky Derby glasses, empty smoking pipe boxes, loads of household misc. The garage has a newer chest freezer, a new-in-the-box (new old stock) house generator (for when the lights go out this winter), an iron bench, a 5 piece iron table & chair set & 2 vintage cement porch pots. Stop on out to dig around in boxes in the basement, (whats in that stack of boxes there?) cupboards and closets have loads too. This is going to be a fun sale...bring a friend and spend some time digging for the treasures.
Due to Southfield sign restrictions we are limited to just 2 signs...those will be at 9 Mile & Southfield Hwy service drive and at Midway & Southfield Hwy service drive. Call me if you need some directions getting here. There will be balloons at the house in the yard, if Southfield lets me...we'll see. Anyway, come on out for an older Southfield estate.
