You enter the sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while you are shopping so please be careful and courteous to those around you and watch your step. We are not responsible for any personal items you bring into the sale.

Some sales will be limited in space and therefore the number of people allowed in at once will also be limited. Be prepared.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to examine your items carefully before making your purchase. We do not guarantee that electronics or any other items are in working condition.

Bring help to load large items, you will be responsible for moving all purchases made and responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries caused by moving your purchased items.

Please do not block driveways or park in the driveways unless picking up large items.

This sale contains many valuable breakable items, so please be careful. You will be responsible for the cost of any items you break.

We accept the street number honor system prior to sale lineup.
