We may accept major credit or debit cards with proper ID. all Charge and Debit cards will have 6% added to the total. Purchases are considered a final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold “as is” with no real or implied warranty. We are not responsible for accidents. You enter at your own risk. Note: we do not move furniture. You must arrange to move larger pieces. Please note that we will not allow customers to bring in bags or large purses. Open boxes will be acceptable. No children under the age of twelve will be allowed into the house.

There was an estate sale conducted in this home earlier in the year by another company. Normaly we would not redo a sale but this house is packed.
There was a LOT of things left ALSO We have opened up previously closed rooms and emptied the closed off closets.
