What is a street number? A street number is a number given out by the first person that arrives at the sale to the people that arrive after them. They will be collected as guests enter the home. The person handing out numbers must stay at the location until the sale opens.

We typically have someone that can assist on getting items out of the house, however it never hurts to bring help to load large items

Presented by Clearview Estate sales, this Southfield home is packed with a wide variety of items. There is a large presence of antique furniture, lamps, and clocks. You will also find  a selection of other vintage items, kitchenware, a radio bar, tools, bedroom sets, books, records, a Duncan Phyfe style drop leaf table/chairs, and much more. There was a clock collector / repair man in the family and you will find most clocks in this sale are running.
