Numbers will be issued the first day of the sale by 8:00 a.m. to those waiting in line. We will honor one sign-up sheet. Those who have signed the sign-up sheet are expected to remain near the premises until numbers are issued. Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". So, bring muscle to remove heavy objects (we cannot help). Items are to be removed during regular sale hours, unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for accidents.
We will be closed from 1:00 - 1:30 on Thursday.
The garage is a separate building, and will open with access by customers in number order at 8:30 a.m. The house will open at 9:00 a.m.

Payment options include cash, good LOCAL check (with ID), and major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served. Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written notices.
