Cash and credit cards only. Bring help to load large items. If large items must be disassembled buyer must have own tools, moving equipment and personnel. If large items the buyer must wait a reasonable time for sales floor to clear before removing. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items must be paid for and removed the day of sale. No early sales. Sign up Friday from 6-7 p.m and Saturday 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. Numbers at 7:30. Sale starts at 9. Sunday sale 25% off noon-2 p.m. 50% off 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Sale ends at 3 p.m. on Sunday August 27, 2017. Any sales rules that are in publications can be amended at time of sale. Port-A-John on site. No smoking on property. Plenty of paved parking.
