SHOES MUST BE REMOVED in this home, as requested by the Sherwood family. Please plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding, and honoring, this request.

NUMBERS: We may honor one sign-up sheet, if there are no 'issues' with that sheet. Once you sign, you are must remain in the area until numbers are issued. Numbers will be issued no later than 8 a.m. on the first morning of the sale.

We will be closed on Thursday, October 18th, from 1:00 - 1:30.

Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over written materials.

All items sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All items Sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Bring muscle for heavy items. We cannot help load heavy items. Piano purchase will require a professional mover.

Payment options include cash, and major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express). There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served. Budge and Marilyn Sherwood have lived in this lovely, Mid-Century designer home since it was built for them over 50 years ago. They have left this home, and it has been sold.  On their behalf, we will are offering the lovely, quality items to the public.
