- Numbers will be handed out Friday between 8:30 am and 8:45 am. A signup sheet will be available ; Thursday after 5:00 pm. You do not have to stay after signing, but must be present when the numbers are handed out or we move on to the next name on the list.
- The sale begins at 9:00 am on Friday. Friday hours 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: Sale time 9 am - 3 pm. Prices reduced by 30% Saturday from 9 am - 12 pm, unless otherwise marked. The doors will be closed from 11:45 am -12:00 pm in preparation for a 50% markdown. Prices reduced by 50% Saturday from 12 pm to 3 pm, unless otherwise marked.
- All sales are final.
- Please be sure to bring people to help you load your purchases. We do not move or load items so be sure if you buy it , you've made arrangements to move it.
- All items must be removed by 3 pm on Saturday.
- It's going to be a really fun sale and we are looking forward to seeing you!

This is the continuation of the Estate from East Grand Rapids that took place at 345 Plymouth in September 2018. It contained a tremendous amount of Mid Century Furniture and Artwork. This is the second home in the estate. It was their summer cottage and contains many of the same kind of Mid Century Furniture and Artwork pieces as in the original estate. It also includes the items you would expect to find in a summer home on Lake Michigan. In addition to the items "within" the home, we've also been asked to sell many of the Mid Century light fixtures, some cupboards and a unique loft ladder.
