Sign Up Sheet provided 5pm evening before sale at the driveway entrance. Numbers will be handed out at 8:30 AM.
30% Discount will be applied Thursday morning. We will close at noon for a half hour and reopen at 12:30 to begin offering a 50% discount on all remaining discountable items.

This executive sized large house is in the process of being listed for sale. Many quality items are being made available in the garage/workshop, basement/man cave, music room, exercise room. The main floor including the kitchen, dining room, and office room are all open with items for sale. Please respect certain designated “private” areas as the family is still residing on the premises.

The garage is packed with a large selection of quality home, shop and garden tools. The Victorian style home will have antique furniture and art as well as some newer accents, Rugs and accessories, and a huge Beautiful Pocket Billiards Table. Customer will be responsible for removal.
