To make sure we are all on the same page and the sale runs as smooth as possible,
Please read over our friendly reminders/terms and conditions below before attending the sale …

*The address location will be posted the day before the sale. No early birds. Sign up sheet will be on a clipboard and placed outside the home 1 hour prior to start time. We do not hand out numbers. Each person’s name entering estate sale must be written on our company designated sign-in sheet for entry. If your name is not on the list and you are with someone, you will not be able to enter at the same time. Your name will have to be added to the bottom of the list. Also, other sign in sheets are considered invalid. Once you have written your name on the appropriate sign up sheet you do not need to stand around the entire time but you must be present when your name is called for entry – no exceptions.
*Please respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Double check where and how you parked. DO NOT block driveways, mailboxes or park on lawns. The driveway for the home will be used as a loading area only.
*Please be respectful of the sale house - remember this was someone’s home or childhood home or place of business that is being liquidated.
*Be on your best behavior. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone or to remove anyone from the premises.
*Safety of our employees and our customers is important to us. Masks are REQUIRED to enter the sale and must be worn properly the entire time. We will be limiting the amount of customers in the home at a time to “20” to help reduce over crowding. Please be mindful of those around you, stay out of peoples personal bubble space, and keep to the 6ft social distancing as much as possible.
*We do not give out any pricing prior to the sale. You just have to come & see for yourself :-)
*Reminder that you are entering the premises and any outdoor buildings at YOUR OWN RISK. REJOYCE ESTATE SALES, LLC and home owner are not liable for any injuries that may arise.
*Cash and credit cards are accepted. Cash is preferred. There is a minimum purchase price of $10 to use a credit card. No Checks.
*First day of sale is full price. Last day is 50% off. We are open to reasonable offers during the last hour of the sale for larger items or the bulk buying of a collection (ex: all the books remaining or all linens remaining, etc). We also have a bid box where you can place offers for items on the first day of the sale. Bids must be more than ½ of the original price marked to be seriously considered. Winning bidders will be called approx. 30 minutes of close on the first day.
*Please note there will not be a public restroom available at the sale. Sorry.
*Loading items or the moving of heavy items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to provide assistance. So bring some extra muscles with you if you plan on purchasing any of our larger or heavier items.
*No large purses or book bags permitted. We reserve the right to check any bags before leaving. Shopping baskets will be provided.
*And of course, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. No returns and No Exchanges which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So look over the items thoroughly before you buy.
