We are not gemologist and when there is jewelry we do our best to check for markings, tests metals and note what families have stated to us. You are always welcome to check the items with the family’s permission, or bring a jeweler to verify any information you may need.
PLEASE bring someone to assist you with larger items. We accept street Numbers unless otherwise posted.
You are responsible to watch and remove items once they are sold. Parking is sometimes limited to street or designated areas, please be courteous of neighbors and others
Should any payments be returned you will be prosecuted and charged any and all attorney fees or costs in addition to amount of purchase.
Street Numbers will be accepted, however if you are the one passing them out please contact us regarding this estate as you cannot block the driveway as people work in the condo complex, so we can instruct you where to park, thank you.
Credit & Debit Cards, unless otherwise approved by D & J Auction and Appraisal Services. Everything is sold as is. No warrantees are expressed or implied. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, PLEASE INSPECT ITEMS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
