Artful Solutions is proud to host a wonderful estate sale in this well appointed home COMPLETE with all household furnishings.  

As you enter you will find a china cabinet by Heritage filled with decorative plates and  plaques from the Nation of Shopkeepers collection.  The living room is complete with an espresso leather electric dual reclining sofa, burgundy leather LA-Z-BOY recliner, contemporary glass and cherry wood coffee table, sofa table and side table.  There is a 50-inch Sylvania plasma TV and stand, small electronics, CDs, DVDs and albums.  The fabulous 3 piece wall unit offers beautiful home decor, Hummel dolls and figurines and several miniture pewter figurines.  A built-in bar area houses several stemware sets, crystal decanters and more!

In the kitchen you will find a contemporary glass dining table with 6 parsons style upholstered chairs.  A beautiful bleached oak china cabinet housing many serving pieces in Royal Worcester's Evesham pattern as well as other vintage china pieces.  The counters are filled with a great selection of everyday kitchen essentials including cookware, bakeware, drinkware, small appliances and more.

  The beautiful formal dining room is filled with stunning original art, collectibles from Lladro, Halcyon Days, Lenox, Limoges, vintage piano babies and more.  We have a stunning 5-piece English silverplate tea set and a rare handpainted 24kt gold Hutschenreuther 4 piece tea set. The centerpiece of this room is a gorgeous cherry wood dining set with 2 leaves and 6 upholstered chairs.  Sitting atop the table is a fabulous collection including an 8 piece set of Cartier Salt and  Pepper Shakers, flatware, serving pieces and more.  Rounding out this room is a beautiful vintage expandable serving cart with on wheels in excellent condition.

The large master suite is complete with a Basque Provencial chest of drawers, night stand and desk/vanity by Drexel.  A fabulous selection of vintage costume jewelry, linens and home decor surrounds a heavy gold guilded mirror.  Inside the master closet is a nice selection of clothing for men and women, many in smaller sizes.

Across the hall is a Guys room complete with golf accessories, dozens of Christian books, small electronics, artwork and more.

Dozens of vintage and newer dolls are available in the adjacent Girls room, which also offers a spectacular hand painted full/queen head board, chest of drawers, nightstand and vanity desk. The dolls include Madame Alexander and many other porcelain, jointed, handmade and wooden varieties. 

In addition we have Kenmore Series 80 washer and gas dryer, a Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike, Christmas decor, hand tools, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture and accessories.
