All customers must "Sign-In" their Own name on Great Lakes Bay Estate Sales Sign In Form. The sign in sheet will be put out at 8:00AM.

We accept cash, major credit cards (+3% credit card fee) and check (w/ drivers license, address & phone #). Cash or credit card Only for total purchases over $300. All items are considered used and sold "As Is". No returns. No refunds.
