Pickup for Shipping to be arranged by "Your" Shipper, Braun and Helmer Auction Service can arrange shipping for you and can arrange for a Shipper to contact you. All Shipping must be paid directly to the Shipper you choose. All Auction Items must be paid for separately from the Shipping Cost. These cannot be combined.

**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Service, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 10 days Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to forfeit your items. Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude competitive bidding in catalog order. The Online Auction will start & run at the same time as the "Live" Auction. The top bidder will be announced live & indicated on the HiBid Platform with indications of whether a Floor bidder or Online Bidder is Successful.

Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Braun and Helmer Auction Service in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Braun and Helmer Auction Service. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Braun and Helmer Auction Service is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Braun and Helmer Auction Service, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
