There is a detached garage and huge pole barn full of mechanical and woodworking large machinery, such as drill press, commercial radial arm saw, sander, compressors, electrical small woodworking tools, sanders, drills, just about all you can imagine, hundreds of small hand tools, clamps, Craftsman metal tool cabinets, every nut, bolt, and nail invented.

The pole barn has several John Deere pieces of equipment, including a riding mower and wagon, a tractor with many attachments for snow removal and other. Gardening equipment such as rototillers, hand lawn movers, and hand snow blowers. There are too many machines, tools and other to mention.

Two cars are included:  a 2011 Buick Lucerne CXL with 8,000 miles and a 2004 Chrysler Town & Country minivan, Touring edition with 28,000 miles.
