Conveniently located in Traverse City near the Mall, this home is full of items in tip-top shape.  It has been unoccupied since before the pandemic.  All contents and surfaces have been professionally cleaned, laundered and/or sanitized. Enter through the garage where you'll find indoor/outdoor wicker furniture, HO trains, a Weber grill, fishing, tools, gardening supplies, a surround sound system and all the usual garage gear.  Step inside to see furniture, jewelry and collectible items from travels around the world.  Have a cottage or rental to outfit?  We have blankets, bedding, kitchenware, afghans, pillows, draperies and rugs.  A walk-in closet is full of casual, workplace and dressy women's clothing and accessories.
