*Once the sale is posted on estatesales.net, purchases can be made by calling 231-492-0308.
*There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions.
*All sold items will be marked "Sold" and will appear at the bottom of the pictures.
*Appointments will be made in 20 minute increments.
*Please park in designated areas.
*All items must be removed by Monday after the sale ends.
*Please plan accordingly before making large item purchases, including assistance removing items from home and into vehicle. Payment is expected prior to removal of any item from premises.
*We accept cash, credit and debit cards, 3% transaction fee on all card purchases.
*All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be considered.
*Please be respectful to the residence, the grounds, items for sale, other patrons, and the staff. Enter the sale at your own risk.

In-person sales:
*The early sign in will be placed at the end of the driveway Saturday at 8 am. Customers on that list will have priority admittance, in that order when we open at 9:00. We will begin lining people up at 8:50. You must be present at 8:50 to hold your spot in line.
*Please plan to remove shoes prior to entering the sale. We will not be using shoe coverings.
*We will have strict limits on the number of shoppers allowed in the sale at a time. Please plan accordingly.
*Please maintain proper social distancing at all times in line and in the sale.
*If interested in an item(s), but you are unable to attend the sale, email or call the business phone after 9:30 on sale days to make arrangements for payment and pick up.
*All items are sold as-is, where-is, no warranties made or implied. Thoroughly inspect each item before purchase, all sales are final.
*We make every effort to have items that are pictured available. However, we do not own the items; therefore we are subject to the owner's ultimate actions as it relates to availability.

Due to very limited parking and association regulations, we are having an online and by-appointment estate sale! This in-town condo is brimming with high-end furniture, antiques and one-of-a-kind decor! The stars of the show are definitely the AMAZING hand-stitched tapestries, each in museum quality frames! Descriptions and prices are on each picture. Prices are firm on Friday, 25% off Saturday and 50% off Sunday. We are also taking bids on all items. Once an item is sold, it will be marked sold. If you see an item (s) that you wish to purchase, please text or call 231-492-0308 or email thespareroomsales@gmail.com to purchase with a card (3% charge) and to make arrangements for pick up or shipping. You can also call to schedule a 20 minute shopping time! Appointments will run from 9am-3pm Friday through Sunday. The address will be revealed when you call. Online purchases can be made immediately when the sale is live. Appointments for purchases begin Friday at 9am.
