*We make every effort to have items that are pictured available. However, we do not own the items, therefore we are subject to the owner's ultimate actions as it relates to availability.
*Please plan accordingly before making large item purchases, including assistance removing items from home and transportation. Payment is expected prior to removal of any item from premises.
*A sign-in sheet will be available to early-birds before the sale the first day. You must be present to line up for admittance 10 minutes prior to doors opening or forfeit your place in line. The first 25 will be allowed in at 9am, additional admittance will follow as space & safety permit.
*We accept cash, credit and debit cards, 3% transaction fee on all card purchases, NO CHECKS.
*Please be respectful to the residence, the grounds, items for sale, other patrons, and the staff. Enter the sale at your own risk.
*Due to the time sensitive nature of our business we are unable to answer calls or emails regarding pricing of individual items.
