*The sale listing on estate sales.net will have photos, descriptions, dimensions, condition and prices of items. Once the sale is live, customers can call (231-492-0308) or email (thespareroomsales@gmail.com) to purchase items with a credit card or to schedule a time to come to the sale in person. The address will not be published and will only be revealed to those requesting to come in person to shop or to pick up previously purchased items. The home is on Old Mission Peninsula.
*We have a furniture mover on standby who will move your items from the sale into your home for an hourly fee.
*No refunds.
In-person sales:
*The early sign in will be placed at the end of the driveway Saturday by 8 am. Customers on that list will have priority admittance, in that order when we open at 9:00. We will begin lining people up at 8:50. You must be present at 8:50 to hold your spot in line.
**We do not presell items or give out prices prior to the sale.
*Please plan to remove or cover shoes prior to entering the sale. We will not be using shoe coverings if the ground is wet.
*We will have strict limits on the number of shoppers allowed in the sale at a time. Please plan accordingly.
*Please maintain proper social distancing at all times in line and in the sale.
*If interested in an item(s), but you are unable to attend the sale, text after 9:30 on sale days to make arrangements for payment and pick up. We do our best to respond to texts during the sale.
*All items are sold as-is, where-is, no warranties made or implied. Thoroughly inspect each item before purchase, all sales are final.
*We make every effort to have items that are pictured available. However, we do not own the items; therefore we are subject to the owner's ultimate actions as it relates to availability.
*Please plan accordingly before making large item purchases, including assistance removing items from home and into vehicle. Payment is expected prior to removal of any item from premises.
*We accept cash, credit and debit cards, 3% transaction fee on all card purchases.
*All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be considered.
*Please be respectful to the residence, the grounds, items for sale, other patrons, and the staff. Enter the sale at your own risk.

*We have a gorgeous well-appointed home full of designer furniture and accessories, patio furniture, a Baldwin grand piano and more. Please check back frequently for additional photos, descriptions and prices. All prices will be published on photos prior to Thursday at 9am.
*Once the sale is live on Thursday, 4/11/24 at 9am, customers can call (231-492-0308) or email (thespareroomsales@gmail.com) to purchase items with a credit card. Customers can call now to schedule a time to come to the sale in person between 4/11 at 9am and 4/16 at 3pm.
*As items sell, they will be marked sold on the photos.
*Items will need to be picked up by 4/24/24.
