The sale is in the area of Fort St. Between King Rd & West Rd. No parking in the driveway. Please follow all parking signs and laws. Enter property and home at your own risk. The home has alarm & camera system. Do NOT enter property before or after sale hours. Please be advised the police department has been notified of the sale and WILL be patrolling the home and area around the clock. No large bags or purses. We are CASH only. We are not responsible for any damages or accidents while on the property. Bring help to load all items WE ARE NO LONGER HELPING MOVE PURCHASED ITEMS. No returns or refunds. Please check all items to ensure they work, have no missing or broken pieces before purchasing. All sales are final. No early entry, no early sales, no pricing offered prior to sale, no holds, no shipping. We are not responsible for any traffic/parking violations. We will honor street numbers. #1 must stay and maintain the process. If you are not at the entry at the time your number is called, you forfeit your number.
