We are not responsible for your personal belongings while on this property or your vehicle(s).
Children MUST remain with you at all times. There is lots of glass and fragile items in this sale. You are completely responsible and liable for the safety and well being of any children in your care, while shopping at this sale. No children are allowed in the 'Collectibles' area.
We are not responsible or liable in any way for any injury or accident that occurs while you, your minor children or any children in your care while you are inside or outside this property / sale.
This home has many stairs and steps throughout. Use extreme caution on all stairs. Keep all children in hand.
All sales final - no refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold 'AS IS'.

Please arrange for help to load and haul. Bring ropes and blankets for your large item purchases. We DO NOT carry out or load your purchases in your car.
No bags are allowed, but boxes or baskets are welcome for shopping. Boxes will be emptied and not used for carryout.
