SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE PUT OUT BY 6 AM the DAY of the sale and we will call your name from the sheet at 10am.

Welcome to our Troy Estate Sale
This home is packed with kitchenware, professionally assembled Doll houses, Tools and much more.
We want to share a little history on the owner:
Sheila’s love for miniatures began nearly 40 years ago. She totally fell in love with the hobby when she first held a miniature dollhouse chair. With attention to every detail, most of the miniatures were created in the authentic style of their time period and culture. Her first project was an authentic 1800’s log cabin which is now on display in the Taylor Historical Museum. Numerous other projects include an authentic Spanish style house and the impressive Queen Anne dollhouse, which was donated to the Wyandotte Historical Museum.
This house is a modern house with a slight Spanish flair, with exquisite attention to detail. Sheila is very talented. She hopes the great hobby of miniatures can be enjoyed by many others!
