All merchandise is sold as is. We encourage you to double-check all items. We do not accept any exchanges or refunds. We accept cash or credit cards. Credit Card sales will include a 3% processing fee, as charged by the provider.

All high value items will be removed daily.

We will place numbers on the door after 5 pm on Friday, April 20th. If you have any questions please send me a text at 202-550-9542. Unfortunately, We do not sell items before the sale. 

Please bring help or make arrangements to move and load large items. Pick-up dates for large items can be scheduled until Tuesday, April 24th.
