To ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for everyone, please observe the following rules:
• We work hard to price items fairly for our client and our customers; prices are firm on the first day and will follow announced discounts on subsequent days.
• For safety reasons, we cannot offer restroom facilities to the public.
• Please no unaccompanied children.
• Accidents happen, but we ask you to pay for anything you break; these items belong to our client and we ask that you respect their investment.
• You are responsible for moving purchased items 2 hours before the end of the sale. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS.
• Please give other buyers and our staff the respect and courtesy you expect; we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave.
• If you are not vaccinated for COVID-19, you must wear a face mask at all times.
• Please observe proper social distancing.
• We accept cash, as well as credit/debit cards and Paypal.
• All items are sold “as is.” All sales are final. So please check your items thoroughly.
• Please leave large bags/purses in your cars.
• Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
We accept street numbers. There are no early sales and we do not quote prices before the sale starts.

This week, we have a unique offering - gorgeous Mid-Century Modern furniture along with highly desirable art and decor sure to make your home the envy of your peers. Some items are available for pre-sale. Among the very special items in this sale are:
- a stunning rosewood MCM desk
- a large MCM credenza; and
- an MCM bookcase that also serves as a bar reminiscent of Mad Men.
We also have some very unique statement pieces that could elevate any home, including:
- a La Barge reverse hand painted chinoiserie mirror with gilt accents depicting herons in flight and cherry blossom foliage
- early 20th century Edgar Brandt "Wisdom and Knowledge" andirons of gilt and patinated bronze owl and snake sculptures; and
- four 19th century marquetry inlaid Dutch Elm chairs with a pair of matching Queen Anne side tables.
Among the smaller accent pieces are:
- a set of Depression Era Anchor Hocking "Manhattan" pattern glass;
