Enter the sale site at your own risk. We or the home owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property of the sale site, that may be either inside or outside.
During bad weather you may be asked to take of your shoes or wear provided shoe covers.
Shoplifters Will be Prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We do have cameras on site.
Tampering with price tags in anyway is shoplifting, And we reserve the right to refuse the sale of the item if we detect any tampering of the tag.
Loading of furniture- Customers are responsible for moving and loading their purchased items from the property, please bring extra help as we can not help loading your items. You must move all purchased by the last day of sale.
Delivery- We do have delivery option should you need for a fee. Ask us about details.
Parents are to keep their children supervised with an adult at all times, no exceptions.
No food or drinks are allowed into the sale. There are no public restrooms available.
If you break it you buy it, please take extra caution when handling items at a sale.
We may offer pre-sale large items only, must pick up purchase by last sale date. Items may of been removed from picture is the home owner no longer wish an item be sold. All items availability is subject to change.
