Addison Estate Sale Terms and Conditions

-Addison Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, falls or injuries the days of the sale. You enter the property AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-Cash, Venmo, or Credit Card Only.
-All sales are final. All items are sold AS-IS with no guarantee, written, expressed, or implied.
-No presales
-We do not load out purchases. Bring help and your own tools to disassemble and to load your large items.
-ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE, and WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS. Bring your own moving men, transportation and equipment.
-All items sold must be paid for immediately.
-Notifications given on the days of the sale take precedence over any prior written information.
-Numbers may be handed out approx 30 Minutes before the start of the sale. By an Addison ES Associate. We are not responsible for sign-up sheets or any other placeholding method but will honor those if there are no complaints or disagreements.

-Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any published material.
-Due to circumstances beyond our control, occasionally the estate owner or representative will remove an item(s) from the home after the sale is published. We make every effort to notify our customers before the sale if this happens, but if you are driving a long distance for a certain item, please feel free to contact us.
