This is a privately run estate sale and we will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents and illnesses that may occur on or near the estate sale property before/during/or after the sale. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges allowed. All items will be sold "as is and where is" with no guarantees expressed or implied. We will only hold items for up to three hours and a non refundable deposit is required. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse entrance and to sell to anyone upon our discretion. We reserve the right to look into your bag, box, backpack, etc. on the way OUT. If you have a problem with this, then please leave these types of items in your car. Estate sale staff will not be available for heavy lifting or loading of furniture. All purchased items must be picked up by 4:00 p.m. on last day of sale. We have limited packing and boxes available. We honor street numbers.
