This one-of-a-kind living estate sale is massive! A two story home, pole barn, and four out buildings full to the rafters of new, nearly new, and vintage or antique treasures. Even the sheds are for sale. Well worth the short drive south from Grand Rapids.
Our sale this weekend is so big that we've added Thursday evening hours. We will be open from 4:00PM-6:30 PM on Thursday.
We have quite a few large scale items for sale in Wayland this weekend. These are the only items we will be giving pricing information on before our doors open Thursday.
If you are interested in any of these items, please come ready to purchase on Thursday at 4 PM. We will not be doing any pre-sales.
For purchases over $500 we will accept cash, money order, or credit. Credit card purchases of $1,000 or more will be charged a 3% convenience fee.

The outbuildings will need to be removed after our sale closes on Saturday at 4 PM and no later than Sunday, November 26. Costs anticipated for moving the buildings are reflected in the pricing. Purchaser is responsible for any removal labor and/or expenses. Purchaser is responsible for any damage done to the homeowners property during removal, and a waiver will be signed at time of purchase. Three Sparrows Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for any damage or injury at the time of removal.

All items over $1,000 will have a purchase agreement and liability waiver.
