Sign up sheet will be set up at 3 pm the day prior to the first day of the sale.
Numbers will be passed out at 8:30 AM on the first day of the sale. If you are not there when we call your name for numbers, we will move on to the next person and you will go to the end of the list.
Items sold must be removed from the property during the hours of the sale unless otherwise arranged.
The buyer is responsible for removing large items and loading them for transport.
All sales final. No refunds, all items sold as is.
Any announcement the day of the sale has precedence over any prior written ads.
