You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Welcome back to White Lake!!  This sale does have us very excited.  Sorry no lake view at this sale, and that sale was a once in a lifetime opportunity, but we are back and ready to have some fun.

We do want to let you know (insert all seriousness here), that we have a few ADA compliant ramps, and bumps that will also be for sale.  With that being said, we will get more pictures of those items as soon as we can, along with all the specifications that you will need to make an informed purchasing decision.  These ramps, and bumps will also be listed on other sites, and we can certainly do pre-sales on those ADA compliant items too.  Ok, on to the rest of the sale.

Outdoors, or indoors you will certainly be able to find something at this sale.  We have lots of decorative items for the home, and also for the garden and outdoor area as well.

We have a garage and three floors, just packed with furniture, decorative items, and much much more.

All items in the garage will only be $1.  All men's and women's clothing will only be $2 (unless otherwise marked).  All men's clothing is size large, and all women's clothing is Medium of Large or 14/16.  All clothing is in impeccable condition.

Lots and lots of craft items, furniture, a few guitars, office supplies, and some of the most unique items we have ever seen.  And yes the holidays are fast approaching, and we have all your baking, decorating, and party needs under one roof.  Oh and we are so much cheaper than the stores.

We will continue to update pictures on a daily basis, but please do understand that this home is simply packed with all kinds of treasures and furniture, you also will share in our excitement once you see what we have.

We really do have everything that you need to set up an entire home or apartment.  We have an amazing freezer, an outstanding refrigerator/freezer combo, roasting pans, and much much more.  Everything again, is for sale.

Holidays are coming up, and at this sale we have you covered again for all your holiday and decorating needs as well.

 

Crafters, and Scrapbookers, this one is also for you.  We have a very large room filled with paper, ribbons, paints, bows, pencils, markers, scrapbook paper, die cutters, paper cutters, stamps and inks, along with binders, and fabric scraps and samples.  We have a whole room devoted to all things art, including frames and glass too.  All items, while they last are going to be $12 a bag, until gone, with no further discounts on fill a bag with art and scrapbooking supplies.

Also, some very amazing Christmas and Easter and Halloween items too.  We have plenty to offer for all your household and decorating needs.

That clean and frost free freezer that you see, works perfectly, and guess what??!!??  No stairs!!!  Straight out the door, into the garage, and again no steps and straight into your vehicle.

These handicap/wheelchair ramps are being included as part of an Estate Sale.  Sale hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Those are the hours that we are open to the public, so that you may view, look at, and use these ramps to see if the meet your specifications,

We have four different ramps available for purchase.  Each one will be described individually, and priced accordingly.  We are going to be as accurate as we can with the descriptions.

Single ramp.  This one is shown as being outside, leading to the sunroom.  It does fold in half, and has a non slip surface, and is made of aluminum.  The ramp is 48 inches in length, and 30 inches in width.  The price on this single ramp is $160. 

Two piece ramp.  This one is shown going up and over the patio door ledge.  It is in two solid pieces, and is also non slip.  The first piece (the larger one) is 24 inches in length, and 32 inches in width.  The second piece (the smaller one) is 12 inches in length and again 32 inches in width.  Price for these ramps is $80 for the pair. 

Long aluminum ramp, with rails.  This one is made of solid aluminum, and does provide handrails too.  Non slip, grooved surface.  This ramp is shown going up the step on the interior of the home.  This ramp is 6 feet in length and 32 inches in width, with handrails.  Price for this ramp is $700. 

Long entranceway ramp, with patio area.  This is solid and made of wood.  Easily disassembled.  All materials, including pilings, post, caps, screws, anchors are included.  Again, easily disassembled.  This ramp is shown at the front of the home.  The top patio area is 11 feet long, and 6 feet in width.  The ramp itself is 15 1/2 feet long and 40 inches in width, with a nice easy incline.  It is made of pressure treated wood, and no rust decking screws. Price for this ramp is $1,700.

All the ramps are in great condition, all are ADA compliant, and all are ready for immediate pick up
