* Bid jar will be available all three days and reviewed as soon as possible.
Sign up sheet listed each day at 8am. Names will be called when sale opens at 9am. You must be present when you name is called or we will move on to the next person on the list.
Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over written materials.
All items sold on a first come - first served basis.
All items are sold as is, where is. Bring muscle for heavy items, we cannot help load heavy items.
No refunds, items are sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the sale hours.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Local checks will be accepted with proper id.
We are not responsible for accidents on sale sight - please enter at your own risk. Sale is on three levels of the home and in the garage.
No public restroom available.
