Terms and Conditions: All Merchandise sold AS IS so please check your items carefully. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept cash and Credit or Debit cards (with proper ID). Thank you for understanding that there is a 3% processing fee for all credit/debit card purchases.
25% off first day. 50% 2nd & 3rd day. (With a few exceptions )
We do not have anyone to move furniture or heavy items, so please arrange help moving such items. Large items may be picked up during or after the sale, as mutually agreed upon..
We will honor street numbers, but we do not issue any.
There will be markdowns of 20% on most everything the First Day. There will be some items with higher discounts, and a few with lower discounts. Second day will be at 35% off, and third day will go to 50% off. Again, some items may be excluded, or at higher markdowns.

We have been in business for 4 years now, and we are sorry to say that we are closing our shop. We had a great time being here, and we have met a lot of wonderful people. That's the sad part of leaving. But, we decided, its time to move on to another chapter of our life together.

We have everything for sale in the shop, including our displays.
