PLEASE read all of the following info carefully!!!
This sale will take place in a private residence. The entrance and exit will take place through the service door of the garage only.
Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️
!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!
• A sign up sheet will be put out by the front door by 6am on the first day of the sale.
• Numbered cards will be handed out exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time.
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain by the front door for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time, then your name must be on the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet, and followed by those who have arrived but didn’t sign up. Please print clearly! I will leave a pen with the sign up sheet, but on cold days, it would be suggested that you also bring your own pen with you to sign up, as the pen I left may succumb to the weather.
A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25.
NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.
This is a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.

Welcome to another clean and organized Seth & Sons estate sale! This beautiful condo hosts three floors and a garage full of goodies.
Lots of beautiful, solid furniture pieces! They include a pair of swiveling leather recliners, a couch and chair set by Craftmaster Furniture, another couch by Charles, a very nice wood 4-piece bedroom suite with a king size bed frame (mattress and box spring included!), nightstand, dresser with mirror, and armoire, two wooden dining sets (one more formal, one more country style) each with additional leaves and 6 chairs, a gorgeous Sumter cabinet, multiple other cabinets and curios, a very cute little wooden dinette with a pair of matching chairs, a very unique and amazing wooden and glass Howard Miller clock/curio cabinet combo with glass shelves, an impressive wooden hall tree with brass rails and mirrors, an absolutely fabulous 4-piece MCM furniture set featuring round wood frames and smoked glass and including a sofa table, two end tables with drawers, and (my favorite!) a multi-level coffee table with wings that rotate out or in to meet your needs! There’s a tiled patio table with 4 Hampton Bay chairs (with two options of tile), a wooden roll-top desk, a magnificent wooden entertainment center, an electronically controlled reclining chair, a wooden dresser, a couple more chairs, a leather ottoman, and a serving cabinet with a fold out top. There’s also a variety of lighting options in table, desk, and stand up lamps.
There is a LOT of clothing available at this sale!!! You’ll find leather and denim jackets, suit coats and blazers, loads of blouses, sweaters, shoes, dress pants, formal wear, vests, socks, T-shirts, and just about anything else…all from top manufacturers such as Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo, Chicos, Laura Ashley, Chaps, Ralph Lauren, Breckenridge, Alia, Alfred Dunner, Studio Works, Sketchers, Fila, Adidas, and so many more. There’s even some awesome Christmas clothes!
But we’re far from done!!! There’s crystal (yes, Waterford and Swarovski!), ceramic, and pewter figurines, carousel horse music boxes, Lladro, genuine Delft vases, jewelry (mostly watches), pocket knives (including a valuable Buck knife), a very cute collection of themed bird houses, tools, TV’s, a fantastic metal 3-masted sailing ship, house decor galore, numerous paintings and other framed artwork, floor rugs, Christmas decorations including a ceramic manger scene, Snow Buddies figures, and a small store’s worth of Nikko ceramic dishes, lots of pillows, shams, quilts, blankets, bedspreads, vases, flowerpots, TV trays, Coleman coolers, dish sets, Pyrex, pressure cookers (one by Pampered Chef), a Panini grill, coffee pots, a bread maker, a George Foreman rotisserie oven, a dozen or more crystal serving trays, a hot chocolate pot, an ice cream maker, multiple crystal centerpiece bowls, various press griddles for pie, quesadillas, sliders, omelets, waffles, brownies, cake pops, funnel cake (must I go on?!?), an infrared oven by Nuwave, a Sunbeam Rocket Grill, a Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Coffee Maker, and a portable pub in a case!
The two Tiffany style lamps with stained glass shades will not be for sale. There will, however, be jewelry available that is not pictured…including a gorgeous gold Gucci watch!
