The home and property is under security surveillance. The Ypsilanti & Washtenaw County Police Department has been notified of the sale and will be monitoring the home due to the recent break ins. The homeowner still lives in the home.  All jewelry will be moved off site each day after the sale. Do NOT park in the driveway. Driveway is for loading only. Please park on the shoulder of the road. The house entrance is through the front door of the home. The garage is through the driveway. Please line up the front door for entry into the home and at the and line up near the garage door for the outside & garage items. The home and garage have separate cashiers. There is no entry from the house to the back garage or vice versa. The garage will be open at 9:45am & the house at 10:00am. Street numbers are acceptable but #1 must stay. Please utilize (2) different street numbers for the home and the garage. If you are not there at the time your number is called, you forfeit your number. We are CASH only. We are not responsible for any damages or accidents while on the property. Enter the home and property at your own risk. Bring help to load all items WE ARE NO LONGER HELPING MOVE ANYTHING. No returns or refunds. Please check all items to ensure they work, have no missing or broken pieces before purchasing. All sales are final. No early entry, no early sales, no holds, no shipping. Please follow all Michigan laws regarding parking. We are not responsible for any traffic/parking violations. Items purchased in the home must be paid for in the home. Purchases from the garage must be paid for in the garage.
