We will arrive at approximately 8:30 am on Friday to hand out OFFICIAL NUMBERS. When handing out OFFICIAL NUMBERS, we will honor street numbers only for those customers still in line at that time. You must be present to receive an official number.
We do not give out prices for items before the sale. You must attend the sale if you are interested in an item.
We will provide assistance in moving standard and smaller items, however large items will require you to provide labor and/or professional movers. Please consider how an item will be moved when purchasing it.

This week we are in the Rose Wood village condominium complex. This is a real nice complex and we are in a real nice condo!

When you enter this sale it will be through the garage, there you will find lots of great holiday décor, a vintage patio table with matching chairs, umbrella and stand, shelving, cabinets, ladders, hand tools, folding chairs, a Grand Gourmet gas grill, rugs, folding tables, garbage cans, hardware and more.
When you enter this house through the garage you will enter through the laundry room, we have a white chest of drawers, a white book case, plant stands, a upright vacuum, a hand carved ceremonial plaque, linens and lots of frames.
Moving through the house, there is a den that is nicely full with a like new wonderful sofa sleeper, an antique secretary, several artificial hanging plants, framed art, original art, oil paintings, bookcases, hand carved totem pole, cedar chest, floor lamps, nice decorator lamps, file cabinets, vintage metal desk, a new Canon printer, office chair, Win stereo system, decorative pillows and downhill ski’s. There are nice collectable smalls here!
The kitchen is full;
Vintage bake ware, cookie sheets, baking pans, baking stones, pots and pans, small appliances, glass ware, serving pieces, dish sets, stemware, pitchers, a kitchen cart on wheels, canister set, bowls, knife sets, cook books, nice heavy bar stools, table linens, napkins and more.
Moving into the living room, we have some nice furniture!
Like a grandfather clock, end and coffee tables, cast iron stand, original art porch pot with cover , a tilt top candle table, a leather sofa, decorator chairs and ottomans, more rugs, bookcases, Asian inspired coffee table, console table, nesting tables, whimsical art, elephant art, more lamps, a collection of unique vases, a large collection of silver plated flatware, silver plated serving trays and collectables, bone china cup and saucer collection, an outstanding carved dining table, antique china cabinet, Waterford cut crystal stemware, candleholders and bowls.
The bedroom has a king size sleep numbers bed set, an art deco water fall style vanity with stool, an art deco water fall style chest of drawers, nice quilts and comforters, pillows, jewelry chest, quilt racks, mirrors, decorator mirrors, a Juliette eight track player receiver, nice woman’s clothing , bathroom accessory’s and more.
