Numbers will be handed out starting 1/2 hour prior to sale start as needed. Please DRESS ACCORDINGLY to weather. No bulky coats, bags, larges purses allowed. You MUST bring help to move large items. Parking very close is limited and anticipate a short walk.
Checks not allowed. Cash, credit or debit. 3% convenience fee for cards.
You MUST bring help to load/carry heavy items staff WILL NOT be available for loading and carrying large items.
Early sales of FURNITURE is permitted as this house is packed tight.
