CASH ONLY! NO PRE-SALES! Doors will open Noon SATURDAY the 23rd. Also, we don't do numbers, or put out public signage for our sales. People showing up hours before a sale to block school busses, flick cigarette butts and other litter on the street, dump their coffee and pop on the roads, wander the street talking loudly on their cell phones, and urinating in the neighbors bushes is just not something we want to bring to the quiet, family friendly neighborhoods of Minnesota. There is NOTHING EVER at ANY ESTATE SALE that has, or ever will exist, that's worth sacrificing your civility and dignity over. So... show up a little early, form some type of a civilized line, and all of the adults who don't need a formal government system in order to get them to act like adults, will all be let in at the same time. Conceal and Carry are welcome at all of our sales.
