All items are sold as-is, where-is.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Payment Methods:
Cash and Venmo are accepted. Venmo may be used for smaller-dollar purchases. All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

Holding Items:
Items are not held without payment. First paid, first served.

Pickup & Removal:
All items are sold from their current location. Buyer pickup is coordinated after purchase. Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, tools, and transportation.

Liability:
All persons entering the property do so at their own risk. Heimer House Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries or lost/stolen items.

Respect for Property:
Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.

(Follow signs): Once in the community, take a right onto Elm Street and another right onto Cedar Bend. The home is the last home on the left in a cul-de-sac. The cul-de-sac curb is painted yellow, but the association has given permission for you to park in the cul-de-sac for the duration of the sale on sale days. There will be signage as well.
