INVOICES & PAYMENTS: Initial invoices will be emailed directly from the platform you bid on. If you bid on our platform you will receive an email with a payment link once items are ready to ship. You can make payments directly on Proxibid and Live Auctioneers. If you bid on our white label you will be emailed a direct payment link.
PICKUP: You can pay cash, check, debit card, or credit card (3-3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee), with 7.375% sales tax (unless exempt and have a form on file with us).
INTERNET: You can pay via Wire transfer, debit card or credit card. Credit card processing fees are calculated and added at time of charge 3-4.5%. Taxes will be adjusted at the time of payment based on shipping location and exempt status as recorded by each platform.

SHIPPING: We use Shipping Saint and all communication will be done through Shipping Saint. Shipping is done within 1 week – you must select pick up or shipping to move your item to the appropriate queue. We will only ship to address provided through registration.

All items will be shipped FedEx, USPS or UPS at A New Day Auctions choice- typically cheaper price. All boxes will be shipped with insurance & those over $200 with signature required at buyers expense.

A handling & material fee per package/box will be charged based on materials used and time. Charges are not based on value of items – that only affects insurance,

FIREARMS: We are a licensed FFL dealer and can do firearm transfers on site. Please bring ID and Permit. For shipping please email a C&R /FFL to firearms@anewdayauctions.com. You must be aware of local laws and meet requirements for pickup and shipping. If shipping please have your FFL emailed to shipping@anewdayauctions.com

BIDDING
Timed online only: everyone is online on different platforms with synchronized bidding.There is a 2 minute extension to a lot when a bid is placed in the last 60 seconds. Lots can end up selling out of order and at the same time.

LIVE Online Simulcast auctions are when we also have bidders live in the building in addition to online bidding. The live audio broadcast is for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon to bid. We do not currently broadcast video.We sell between 80-110 lots an hour.

If you have slow or unreliable internet we advise you to leave pre-bids. We do not offer phone bidding.

If you bid on the same lot on multiple platforms you will be bidding against yourself- DON”T DO IT! Each platform is like a bidder to the auctioneer with a clerk calling bids once the auction goes live. Any bids that are not coming in on the same platform you are be shown as “onsite”, just like if bidders were in the building.
