We ask that you provide your own help to carry larger or heavier items and have the appropriate vehicle to transport it. Main Street Estate Sales and our clients are not responsible for any accidents that may occur while visiting one of our sales. By entering the sale you agree that you accept these terms and conditions.

We WILL NOT sell items prior to the sale.

We WILL honor pre-numbers (official numbers given out 30mins prior to the sale)
We WILL allow the first 25 people inside the house, and as guests leave, more will be allowed in.
