Numbers will be given out at 8am on Friday. WE HONOR PRE-NUMBERS ONLY IF YOU ARE PRESENT AT 8AM TO TRADE IN YOUR PRE-NUMBER FOR OUR OFFICIAL NUMBERS.
Entry into our estate sales is always at your own risk.
The estate, property owner, board association, management company, and Foxtail Estate Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Children MUST be supervised AT ALL TIMES; any unsupervised children (along with their parents) will be asked to leave.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
Certain areas of the home are closed to the public. NO ONE BUT FOXTAIL STAFF IS PERMITTED TO ENTER THESE AREAS. There will closed doors and closed cabinets - those areas are to remain closed at all times during the sale. If you are found opening closed doors or cabinets (or any areas marked, "DO NOT ENTER") you will be asked to leave immediately.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash or card for payment. We charge a credit card processing fee on all credit card transactions.
Sales tax WILL BE COLLECTED at all Foxtail sales as is required by Minnesota law (unless you have a valid, filled out, ST3/Certificate of Exemption on file with Foxtail for 2026). If you do not have a current form on file with Foxtail, you must bring your own valid, filled out ST3/Certificate of Exemption for Foxtail to keep on file for 2026. This form is good for all of 2026 at all Foxtail Estate Services estate sales, online auctions, and at The Fox Den in St. Louis Park.
No early sales or holds prior to the sale date. We do not disclose prices before the start of the sale. You are welcome to call, text, email, or reach out via our website with questions or concerns prior to the sale; we will answer to the best of our availability.
Items may not be removed from the sale area until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal. IF YOU PURCHASE FURNITURE, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS AND A VEHICLE BIG ENOUGH TO FIT THEM.
Staff are NOT AVAILABLE to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Foxtail staff member(s) will monitor all moving and loading of furniture to ensure that items are loaded promptly and with care. Please bring your own help to move large pieces, your own packing materials for breakable items, and your own bag(s) if possible.
All purchased items must be removed from the property immediately after purchase, unless an alternative pickup time is agreed upon prior to purchase by Foxtail staff. If there are agreements made in advance to the purchase the must by honored. If you are delayed in picking up for any reason, Foxtail must be notified. The latest that you can possibly pickup purchased items is one hour prior to the end of the day on the final day of the sale. In this case, the latest time and day that items can be picked up is 4pm on Sunday, April 5th, 2026. If items are not picked up by this time they are considered forfeit and can be resold to another customer.
Any items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our estate sales, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the estate, the property owner, and the sale organizers for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use during the sale.
Photos and/or videos taken during the sale may be used for promotional purposes.
