Intro: By participating in our sales and auctions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, as well as any other rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time at our sales locations.
Payment: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle accepted, cash preferred. No checks, credit cards, or other forms of payment accepted.
Pricing: Payments are non-negotiable the first day of the sale. Discount days, deals, or other negotiable options will be announced at the discretion of the seller.
Sales Conduct: All sales are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final.
Item hold policy: Items can be held for a non-refundable deposit (25% of item price) for a set period of time. If the item is not fully purchased within the agreed upon timeframe, the item will be returned for sale, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Item Removal: Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased items prior to the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Buyers are solely responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases. Help will not be available for loading items.
Liability: Another Time Antiques is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises. If you damage merchandise or property, you pay for it.
Prohibited Activities and Behaviors: The following activities are prohibited at all sales: harassment/abuse of staff and customers, vandalism, theft, and line cutting.
Refund/exchange policy: All sales are final. There is no permitting of refunds or exchanges.
Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Another Time Antiques LLC management.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Another Time Antiques LLC reserves the right to changes these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the sale occurs.
