Sales tax of 6.875% applies unless you have your resale tax form with you. 4% courtesy fee charged for credit or debit purchases. Everything is sold "as is, where is". Please inspect items prior to bidding. All Sales are Final. FFL or NICS checks are required for all applicable firearms sales. There is a $20 transfer fee for each weapon purchased. Lakes Trading Company will be handling these transfers at the auction location.
