Closing Process Begins Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 at 7:30pm Central.

INSPECTIONS:
Preview and pick up located at 9201 Lexington Ave Ste #5B, Circle Pines MN 55014 ***Entrance is in back of the building off Woodland Road***. Bidders are responsible to preview on Monday, March 23rd, 2020 from 12 pm - 4 pm to determine condition, quality, and all claims on all items.

REMOVAL:
Bidders MUST pick up items on Thursday, March 26th, 2020 from 10am - 5 pm. Estate Clear does NOT accept checks. We accept cash or credit ONLY.

SHIPPING:
If you cannot be here on closeout, and wish to have an item shipped, DO NOT BID until you contact us first, as not all items are willing to be shipped.

LOSS PREVENTION POLICY NOTE: We DO NOT ship to new "Unestablished Bidders". An "Established Bidder" is any bidder that has an account in good standing for more than 2 months, and has successfully completed 3 or more transactions with K-Bid. Unestablished Bidders ONLY have the option to pay and pick up IN PERSON during the allotted pickup times and dates. Failure to comply with our policy may result in termination of the Unestablished Bidders account.

USPS Small Flat Rate Priority Box $10.95 For the first lot, +.50¢ per lot after that
USPS Medium Flat Rate Priority Box $17.95 For the first lot, +.50¢ per lot after that
USPS Large Flat Rate Priority Box $23.95 For the first lot, +.50¢ per lot after that
