CLOSING:
Closing Process Begins Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 at 7:25pm Central.

REMOVAL:
Removal located at 9201 Lexington Ave, Suite 5B, Circle Pines, MN 55014 on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 from 10am - 5 pm. Estate Clear does NOT accept checks. We accept cash or credit ONLY.

SHIPPING:
If you cannot be here on closeout, and wish to have an item shipped, DO NOT BID until you contact us first (as not all things can be shipped.)

LOSS PREVENTION POLICY NOTE: We DO NOT ship to new "Unestablished Bidders". An "Established Bidder" is any bidder that has an account in good standing for more than 2 months, and has successfully completed 3 or more transactions with K-Bid. Unestablished Bidders ONLY have the option to pay and pick up IN PERSON during the allotted pickup times and dates. Failure to comply with our policy may result in termination of the Unestablished Bidders account.

Shipping Charges are as Follows:
USPS Small Flat Rate Priority Box $12.95 For the first lot, +.50¢ per lot after that
USPS Medium Flat Rate Priority Box $19.95 For the first lot, +.50¢ per lot after that
USPS Large Flat Rate Priority Box $25.95 For the first lot, +.50¢ per lot after that
