Numbers will be given out one hour prior to start time, at 8am. We will honor pre-numbers as long as you are present at 8am to receive your official number.
Entry into our estate sales is always at your own risk.
The estate, property owner, management company, and Foxtail Estate Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Children must be supervised at all times. Children that pose a risk to themselves or others will be asked to leave with their guardians.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied. Foxtail DOES NOT test items in advance. You are welcome to test items in a safe, respectful manner if it is possible before you purchase them.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly and test them if possible prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file for each calendar year). Clothing is not taxed in the state of Minnesota.
No early sales or holds prior to the sale date.
Items may not be removed from the sale area until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased furniture or large items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day on the final day of the sale.
Any items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our estate sales, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the estate, the property owner, and the sale organizers for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use during the sale.
Photos and/or videos taken during the sale may be used for promotional purposes.

The basement alone is completely lined around the entire perimeter with clothing. Racks and rounders fill the center of the space, including an entire rounder dedicated to vintage denim. It is a fashion time capsule.

We will give out official numbers at 8am. We will honor pre-numbers as long as you are present at 8am to swap out for an official number. We will be limiting the amount of people in the home and in the basement, as the home is small and the basement is PACKED. Please bring your patience with you for this sale – and perhaps your own shopping bag(s)! We will not have hold tables at this sale as the space does not allow for them, so expect to keep all your items with you until checkout. We also expect everyone to be respectful of the space and the items – if you are making a mess, not cleaning up after yourself, being rude to other shoppers or staff - you will be asked to leave.

*****There are no bathrooms or changing rooms available. You will be permitted to try on clothing, but there are no private areas to do so - so plan on wearing clothing that allows you to try items on.
