We accept cash or cards (no fees) ONLY! NO CHECKS (unless we have done business with you before!) NO EXCEPTIONS! All sales are final. Absolutely no returns or refunds! We ask that you provide your own help to carry larger or heavier items and have the appropriate vehicle to transport it. Main Street Estate Sales and our clients are not responsible for any accidents that may occur while visiting one of our sales. By entering the sale you agree that you accept these terms and conditions.
We WILL NOT sell items prior to the sale.
We WILL NOT give out pricing prior to the sale.
We WILL NOT hold items.
We WILL honor pre-numbers (official numbers given out 30mins prior to the sale)
We WILL allow the first 25 people inside the house, and as guests leave, more will be allowed in.

***UPDATE REGARDING THE STAY-AT-HOME MANDATE***
We have just had a conversation with the Governor's hotline and learned two things.
1) We are perfectly fine with running a sale tomorrow (Friday, March 27) and there is no issue with that at all.
2) once the mandate goes into effect at midnight on Friday evening, we are no longer able to have a sale on Saturday.
Having said that, we are extending our sale hours from 9am to 6pm tomorrow and possibly even later if business allows for it. Starting early afternoon, we will be providing our standard 2nd day discounts, and more for those who would like to purchase items in bulk. So please take advantage of this unique opportunity and come help support not only my elderly client clear out her home, but a small business as well! Keep in mind that we are still providing gloves, sanitizer, hand washing stations, and more to allow people to feel safe and comfortable during this one day blowout sale! We hope to see you there!

We are following all the required guidelines set forth by the CDC and local and federal health officials to provide you with a comfortable yet safe environment to shop at our sale. For those who would like, we are providing latex, vinyl, and nitrile gloves, hand sanitizer, and hand washing stations. We also are limiting the home to 10 people per area on a strict basis as requested by the Dept of Health. We have sanitized all surfaces and items and have taken drastic measures during these difficult times. Please keep in mind that we are doing the best that we can, so that you feel not only welcomed but safe while shopping at our sales! We thank you for joining us, and appreciate that you continue to support a small business during these awful times!
ALSO - for those who just cannot come to the sale because of the current situation, we are offering "over the phone" purchasing with curbside pick up. You can order any item using a credit card by calling 763-496-7898, then text this same number when you arrive at the home and we will have an associate bring the item out to you. Please be patient during this process because it is brand new for us, but with the current situation, we'd like to offer everything that we can to support you during these times.
